MATH 2233

(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours, 2 Tutorial hours This course involves descriptive statistics, some probability theory and a systematic treatment of inferential statistics. Topics include inferences of population means and proportions, regression and correlation, chi-square test, analysis of variance and non-parametric statistics. Applications of these statistical methods to problems in biological and health sciences are studied.
