(3 credits) 3 hours lecture The course offers a balanced integration of theory and practice of skills generally accepted as necessary to leaders of small enterprises and other organizations. The course is designed to help guide individuals in developing specific personal management competencies. Topics include problem solving, decision-making, team building, initiating and managing change, organization, and managing conflict.
