Exercise Physiology

(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours, 2 Tutorial hours (formerly HPED 3514) This course will provide an overview of the human body's response to acute and chronic exercise, exploring the principles of neuromuscular physiology, cardiorespiratory physiology, and energy metabolism. It will further examine physiological responses during exercise in altered temperature and atmospheric pressure.
