(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours (formerly COMM 2849) In this course, students move beyond the basics of public relations writing to explore writing for publication and specific genres, including employee communication, briefs, feature writing, report writing, pitches, and corporate profiles. Students will continue to hone their research, writing, editing and interviewing skills.
