(3 credits) 3 hours lecture This course examines religious beliefs, practices, institutions, etc as expressed in works of popular culture. The course may focus on religion in a specific type of media (e.g. film, TV, literature, art) or on a religious theme (e.g. apocalypticism or the environment).
