MATH 4333

An introduction to graph theory. Topics will include graphs, digraphs, and trees, connectivity, graph colouring, spanning tree and shortest path algorithms, and applications. Students will also be expected to complete independent work involving the graph theory literature. This course is intended for honours students or potential honours students; other students may prefer MATH 3333. Note: Students who have received credit for MATH 3333 may not take this course for credit.
