ED 2520 - Voice and Choral Methods (ME) examines current pedagogical practices, procedures, and resources for use with all levels of school singing ensembles and choirs. Emphasis is placed on developing teacher candidates' own vocal techniques. Topics include philosophy and history of choral music education, vocal and choral pedagogy, and components/organization of choral programs. AR: attendance required LH: a 2 hour twice weekly laboratory section (MUN Lab Choir) designed to provide practical teaching experience and methodologies in vocal/choral settings
