ED 3617 - Children and Learning (PE) provides an introduction to psychological theories of learning and motivation, and development. The focus is on typical development with some attention to atypical functioning (exceptionality) where appropriate. Emphasis will be placed upon the application of this knowledge to classroom practice, instruction, and the facilitation of learning. AR: attendance required
