ED 4190 - The Teaching and Learning of Physical Education in the Intermediate and Secondary School (IS,ISI,ME) applies the principles of effective teaching to the teaching and learning of physical education. Topics include the nature and purpose of physical education, an examination of the physical education curriculum, an analysis of quality daily physical education, approaches to teaching physical education, and evaluation of progress in physical education. AR: attendance required LH: two hours per week supervised practice teaching on-campus and/or in a school setting
