Transition Planning for Adolescents with Intellectual Disabilities focuses on the application of educational procedures relevant to successful post-secondary education, employment and community integration of adolescents and young adults with mild and moderate developmental disabilities. Appropriate senior high programming, life skills development, use of assistive technology and resource materials necessary for transition planning for this population will be reviewed.
