Assessment for Learning introduces the theory and practice of evaluation and assessment in educational settings. Topics include the nature of classroom assessment; production, administration and evaluation of teacher-made tests and other assessment tools; product and performance assessment; grading and reporting communication of evaluation information; and the analysis and application of assessment data to instructional planning and the improvement of teaching.
