Introduces pharmacotherapeutic management of common diseases and effective management of patients? drug therapy. Emphasis will be placed on identifying drug therapy problems, establishing therapeutic outcomes, recommending pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapeutic alternatives, developing individualized therapeutic regimens, and developing a monitoring plan to evaluate adherence, efficacy, and safety.
