ART 225

This is a studio drawing course focused on drawing the human portrait. Students will be taught the basic structures and anatomy of the human head and various ways to render the features of the face. Students will develop their drawing skills working from live models and through demonstrations by the instructor. There will be a cultural and historical examination of the use of portraiture throughout the world.
