Gender and Management

Reviews the recent growth of women managers in today’s organizational world. Students examine gender roles in organizations and identify some of the barriers women experience in reaching the top. The course explores the systemic discrimination facing women and presents potential management models for women and men. Cross-listed as WMGS 367.
