Effective organization design is critical to enhancing the performance and innovativeness of today’s complex and global companies. This course introduces organization design theory and practice. Through a case study, students will use SAP S/4HANA to undertake key organization and personnel management processes such as creating structures, departments, and positions, and performing recruitment and qualification management activities. This course is open to students in all PB DIP and business administration streams and recommended for students interested in HR Management.
