Data Analysis: Earth/Envir Sci

Lec 10, Lec 10 and Lec 10 selected

An assortment of data analysis methods used by the Earth and environmental scientists, in both industry and research. Students are introduced to mathematical tools that form the foundation of data analysis and to techniques for data analysis using modern scripting languages. The course provides an introduction to matrices and arrays, data conditioning, analysis and statistics, visualization, and generative artificial intelligence (AI). Credit will be granted for only one of EESC 265 or EESC 246.
