ENGR 253

Introduces operations research models and optimization of design, development and operation of engineered systems. The course focuses on solving optimization models primarily using Microsoft Excel. Include linear programming, assignment models, transportation and network models, project management, decision analysis & risk, queueing models, and nonlinear optimization. Credit will be granted for only one of ENGR 253, ENGR 298 (2021-2022), CSCI 335, MATH 335.
