FREN 311

This course corresponds to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR). This focus is on complex sentence structure, the use of the verb tenses and moods, as well as on expressions of cause and consequence. Emphasis will be place on language acquisition by means of text analysis, writing exercises (notably the structure of the résumé) and oral presentations. Credit will be granted for only one of FREN 311 or FREN 215.
