The topic for 2026-2027 is Intermediate Mi’kmaw. Students will enhance conversational fluency, deepen understanding of grammar—especially verb conjugation in various tenses—and explore Tapusijik, Pukwelkik, and animate/inanimate distinctions, while engaging with the linguistic, cognitive, and cultural dimensions of the Mi’kmaw language.
