The Solar System

Lec 10, Lec 10 and Lec 10 selected

Topics include the solar system, Sun, planets, comets, meteors, and solar wind. Calculus and Newton’s laws will be used for a detailed quantitative description of topics and observation sessions will be arranged. Credit will be granted for only one of PHYS 371, 271, or PHYS 171.
