This course provides individuals in the wildfire industry with the knowledge and understanding needed to manage people in the field effectively. In an experiential-focused course, students complement their work experiences with the latest knowledge and techniques for supervising and building teams in high-pressure situations. Upon completion, students should feel confident in abilities as they transition from team member to supervisor and team builder.
