EDUC 456

Examines the fundamental theoretical concepts and practical skills necessary to teach senior-level social studies courses using the B.C. Ministry of Education curriculum. Indigenous resources, pedagogies, and content, as well as anti-racist and anti-oppressive strategies, are included. Note: Students with credit for EDUC 434A cannot take this course for further credit. -- Prerequisite -- Admission to the Bachelor of Education and EDUC 432. -- Corequisite -- None. -- Pre or Corequisite -- None.
