Leadership and management skills such as strategic planning, budgeting, staff scheduling, and personnel issues will be emphasized. Program planning and intersectoral collaboration with the context of community will be explored. The influence of the political environment will be considered. -- Prerequisite -- Admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, NURS 304, NURS 305, and NURS 306. -- Corequisite -- NURS 401 and NURS 403. -- Pre or Corequisite -- None.
