Leadership concepts will be explored to prepare nurses for complex health care environments. Management skills such as strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing challenges will also be examined. -- Prerequisite -- NURS 324, NURS 325, and NURS 326. -- Corequisite -- NURS 414 and NURS 416. -- Pre or Corequisite -- None.
