ART 2023

This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of painting. Students explore the principles, practices, vocabularies, materials, tools and methods of painting within the context of contemporary art. Corequisite(s): Art 2010 Equivalent: Art 3022 (prior to 2022/2023) Note: Studio course. For sections where Art 2023 is offered twice weekly, an extra hour is required per week for set up and clean up.
