Research Internship I: Scientific Discovery

Experimental approaches and methodology specific to disciplines within the Life Sciences. The scientific process of discovery including: hypothesis testing; experimental design; qualitative and quantitative analysis tools; data acquisition, management and presentation; library resource utilization; scientific writing and presentation. Students will work in small groups under the supervision of several faculty members. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Concentration: Research Internship AND One of Biology 1010 or Biology 1020
