Other hours per term: 18-0-0 This course explores team dynamics and how to foster high performing teams; personality style and team roles; and apply team planning tools and strategies. Methods for improving the social and emotional skills that contribute to a positive work environment and diagnosing and addressing team dysfunction and conflict will be explored. Values, expectations, and assumptions will be examined to aid in development of intercultural competencies and improve communication. Prerequisite(s): Admission to a graduate program
