This course covers important engineering subject areas including risk assessment, safety, law, and ethics, and prepares the student to conduct Master-level research through a literature review, peer-reviews, abstract composition, research proposal development, and a seminar presentation related to the student’s thesis research. This is a PASS/FAIL course.
