MATH 1120

Calculus Social, Life Sciences

Lec 01 selected

This course provides an introduction to calculus for students in the managerial, social and life sciences. The main emphasis of the course is the development of techniques of differentiation and integration of algebraic, exponential and logarithmic functions. Applications of derivatives and integrals are also discussed. NOTE: Credit will not be given jointly for this course and Math 1910 PREREQUISITE: Grade XII academic Mathematics.
