This course examines selected topics related to the sociology of sport, recreation, leisure, and physical activity. The emphasis of the course is on understanding the construction and organization of sport, recreation, and leisure activity in modern societies and the social and cultural influences on sport, recreation, leisure and physical activity, particularly in Canadian society. *Note: Students may receive credit for one of KHSR 110 or KIN 110.*
