This course explores administrative, leadership, and management issues in various therapeutic recreation (TR) environments. An examination of structures, strategies, and skills necessary for effective administration of TR departments, processes, and techniques will be included. Knowledge of the accreditation process applicable to TR, regulatory bodies and agencies, and the legal/ethical responsibilities of treatment service delivery will be emphasized. ***
