Lec 01 and Lab L03 selected
Genetics forms the basis of all of life. In this course, students will learn the basics of a wide range topics from classical Mendelian genetics and the central dogma to cutting edge genetics research techniques in genomics, DNA transgenesis, and applied research. Lectures on theory are paired with practical hands-on labs to reinforce genes to genomics techniques. We will focus on Eukaryotic examples, including humans and agricultural models.
