This course will focus on how drugs affect behaviour by altering brain processes such as perception, learning and memory, and the abnormal recruitment of neural circuits involved in motivation and reward. Recent technical advancements have allowed for significant progress in understanding how drugs affect brain function, and particular attention will be paid to these emerging techniques. Students will actively contribute to generating the content for this course.
