Students develop and carry out original ethnographic research projects under the supervision of the course director, and engage in project management and project communication. Using a combination of skills acquired in AN300 - Ethnographic Methods and/or other qualitative methodology courses, students develop analytical questions and undertake participant-observation in a fieldwork project that can be based on a project previously developed in AN450 – Current Topics in Anthropology. The end product documents the research and addresses issues raised by it. <br>
