Jazz Orchestra involves the study and performance of both classic and contemporary jazz repertoire, including improvisation skills, in both in large ensemble and smaller combinations. Students in this ensemble may perform on multiple instruments/voice. This ensemble performs a minimum of once per term and Individual practice outside of class time is required and assessed. Cross-listed with MUEN223B. <br> Note: Course is graded as Pass/Fail. The Faculty reserves the right to assign students to ensembles to balance the preferences of the students and the needs of the ensemble. Auditions may be required for admission or part assignment.
