OL 202

OL202 is intended to capitalize on your past work and personal experiences to help you reframe them as opportunities to help design your future as a leader and as a follower. This course will integrate academic leadership concepts with your personal and professional narrative. OL202 will use information from your point of view as well as techniques such as surveying/interviews so that you can begin to design your personal leadership style and future experiences. Academic leadership topics, including followership, ethics, communication skills and presentation skills will be discussed. Designing your leadership future, with your past experiences as the foundation, will help you plan to be more intentional about leadership and followership when it matters the most. <br> <br><font color="crimson">
