This course focuses on the roles and relationships between leaders and followers. With leadership’s emerging focus on the important roles of followers and followership, this course explores various types of followers and follower-leader dynamics. Through studies of productive and toxic follower-leader relationships, students will explore the kinds of choices that leaders and followers face in their respective roles. Issues of power, powerlessness, and followership development will be covered in a way that helps prepare students for their current and future roles as leaders and followers. <br>
