This course will explore change in organizations and the role leadership has in bringing about successful change. A variety of models and tools will be used to better understand the dynamics of change, factors that facilitate or constrain change such as organizational culture, the economy and technology, and the actions that leaders employ to successfully implement organizational change. <br> <br> <font color="crimson">
