Essential Skills for Math

Lec A selected

Thorough review of pre-university skills in algebra, trigonometry and functions. Topics discussed will include: algebraic manipulations used to simplify expressions and solve equations and inequalities; analytic geometry; and polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions. Also integrated with the course content will be discussion of specific learning strategies to help students with the transition from high school mathematics to university level expectations. The course will not count towards satisfying program requirements in mathematics. <br> <br><font color="crimson">
