Building upon theories and research methods that were introduced in UX Research Methods I, the focus of this course is on the methods for summative UX research with a specific focus on quantitative and statistical methods for the evaluation of usability in human- centred design. This course focusses on how usability can be interpreted in terms of user performance and satisfaction and emphasizes that usability is dependent on the specific circumstances in which a system, product, or service is used.
