PHYS 060

This course provides an introduction to a broad range of physical phenomena including dynamics, waves, electricity and magnetism, and geometric optics. The use of graphs and vector analysis is emphasized throughout. Laboratory exercises serve to familiarize the student with both the phenomena and the laboratory instruments commonly used to measure them. Prerequisite(s): Minimum grade of 65% in either Physics 11 or B- in PHYS 050. Co-requisite is Math 12 or MATH 060.
