Exclusion(s): Unavailable to students with credit for ELEC2162. This course will introduce the student to Industrial Process Control Theory. LaPlace Transforms are used as a tool in understanding process and controller modelling. The open loop Bode and Nyquist Plots are presented as a means of predicting Closed loop behaviour. Bioler Control strategies are taught as an application of the theory.
