MIKM 1101

Exclusion(s): Credit can not be obtained for both MIKM1101 and MIKM211/ MIKM2113. Conversational Mi'kmaw for non-speakers Level I Conversational Mi'kmaw: Beginners I is the first level in the CBU Conversational Mi'kmaw Series. Conversational Mi'kmaw: Beginners I is designed for students who have no previous knowledge of the Mi'kmaw language. At the end of this course students should have acquired basic conversational Mi'kmaw language skills related to everyday expressions and introductions. The focus of this course is on basic comprehension of simple Mi'kmaw phrases and some beginning speaking skills. Students who are fluent in Mi'kmaw will not gain entrance to this class.
