Exclusion(s): MIKM 213 / MIKM 2213 Conversational Mi'kmaw for non-speakers Level II Conversational Mi'kmaw: Beginners II is the second level in CBU's Conversational Mi'kmaw Series. Conversational Mi'kmaw: Beginners II is designed for students who have a very basic Mi'kmaw language repertoire and exhibit only limited control of the Mi'kmaw language. Students entering Conversational Mi'kmaw: Beginners II can manage very short statements, can ask and answer simple questions and can link words or groups of words into simple phrases related to personal details. Students at this stage of Mi'kmaw language fluency may comprehend more language than they are able to utter. Students may have completed CBU's Conversational Mi'kmaw Series. Conversational Mi'kmaw: Beginners I course but, this is not mandatory. Students will be tested for their fluency level in Mi'kmaw before gaining admittance to this course.
