Intro Bioprocess Engineering

This course deals with principles of Bioprocess Engineering. Topics including enzyme process kinetics, immobilized enzyme systems, metabolic pathways, stoichiometry of microbial growth, bioreactor scale-up, operation and control, batch and continuous bioreactor operations, product recovery and purification.
