Operations Analytics I

Lec 01 selected

This course provides a mathematically grounded exploration of operations analytics, focusing on the formulation, analysis, and solution of optimization problems that arise in operational and strategic decision-making. Students will study deterministic and stochastic models, covering topics such as linear and integer programming, duality, sensitivity analysis, network flows, dynamic programming, game theory and simulation for systems under uncertainty. Emphasis is placed on mathematical rigor, model formulation, algorithmic implementation, and computational tools like Python and R. Real-world case studies will reinforce theoretical concepts.
