Unit Operations

This course deals with the concepts of unit operations in biochemical engineering. Analysis and design of separation processes including drying, humidification, adsorption, leaching, membrane separation and centrifugation will be discussed. Topics including fluid properties, flow and dynamics will also be covered. [Restriction(s): ENGG*3830.
